A very unpleasant experience, lots of headless chickens pretending to be Foxs, and to many Chefs. But above all else a genuine and total ignorance; no indifference, to Psychiatry. They have no interest in the mental health needs of their staff. So, they leave, standards drop, the client group becomes compromised etc, and it goes on...
The big wigs turn up in their suits and BMWs put paint on the walls, sack a few people, then for get about it all, as long as the inspectors are sweet, this time...
One day a Dynamic individual will come along and really listen to their staff and relatives, but not this company.
