Firstly my Famous Diet, well each to their own and mine is more perhaps 'Fast' than a Diet. What I do is eat nothing all day!!. Well, actually ( before you have a seizure) I eat only in the evening, say around about six, stick to the same time always for this diet. Now, Diets must NOT be depressing, we need, and MUST enjoy our food!. So eat anything you want!!. Good isn't it!. and even have afters!. What your actually doing is training your stomach, while having all the foods you like. by Friday you will not be able, or find it quite hard to eat the same sized meal. Your stomach adjusts accordingly, and you will lose weight, after a week or two, I find I am sorted out. Also drink lots of coffee with sugar for energy to get me through the working day. Works for me. Oh and drink as much booze as you like, I prefer spirits myself.
Now that's sorted, have decided to re commission the Slow cooker, it makes sense with me on a long day and leaves a Hot meal for Emma, and Max. Problem is, need recipes for slow cooking. Have cooked a couple of Pheasants, could add some stewing beef with Vegetables, essentially a Vegetable casserole, where Emma can add the meat separately, must apply myself here; any help would be appreciated.
As I type Mr Obama has just been inaugurated in Washington, I truly wish him the very best of luck. Though I fear his ascendancy was Fast in Spin terms, very much an unknown entity, I will not talk of his colour, as I am not racist, he's just an extraordinary man, whom is now President, so impress me!; as I have yet to be impressed by America. 'Facta non Verba'!
