Their saying its the coldest winter in 13 years. I can believe it, as I had my suspicions when it snowed in October. As of Monday we shall receive our obligatory Arctic winds form our Russian friends. At the very least we will be freezing and the Gas people will be rubbing their hands will sickening glee, we may also get snow?, though I doubt it as I haven't seen any since '96' that was of any consequence, but snow brings out a brief moment of awe in most of us, and gratitude from the children.
I am very much a Survivalist by nature, so will be polishing my snow gear and buying up the canned beans in case were snowed in!.
