The answer to the outstanding question as to why you shouldn't add Courgettes to a Lasagne was pointed out to me by one of my friends, " because then you would have Moussaka!". Shes got a point.
Generally a beautiful spring like day, even though its apparently about to turn nasty for the remainder of the week. As I have the distinct pleasure of surgery on my teeth this very Sunday, I managed to get one of the team to take my bloods for me at work today ( pre surgery) so for the record, 'Anu' you have the touch of an Angel!.
Max off to Air Cadets this evening, so will try and chill, may be soak in the bath after the endless house chores. May play with 'Purdey' for a short while, possibly top up the petrol tank. Loaf around on the PC maybe?, essentially unwind...
