Town Garden

Well, stayed ahead of the Lawn, though wet and resistant. Watered my shallots and potatoes. Grabbed a sort break on my sun lounger. Promptly joined by 'Saffi', demanding attention. Red breasted robin flitting about in the Holly. The garden abounds with a multiplicity of insects. The Lavender and Hosta are gathering momentum, the Rosemary verdant. Saffis ears prick up at her first experience of the Wail of an Ice Cream Van, and the various calamity's of the pigeon's. The Blue bells are in bloom beneath my willow tree, so the Fairies have their hats, and all is at one with the world. Like a lot of people, we rarely have time to truly enjoy our gardens; and this was one of my Fathers gardens, but if we chose to consign ourselves to modern apartments, and sophisticated high rise living, You will miss your Gardens believe me.
