Katie's boys are with their respective Dad. Max in the Elan Valley, Emma about to pop off to work at 'Browns', so that leaves me and Katie on our own, a rare occurrence.
So its Italian, 'Emma Giordani' spinach and Ricotta Tortelloni, to which I will add chopped Mushrooms and Bacon, served with a Carbonara type sauce. I suppose I should have acquired some Garlic bread as an accompaniment, but forgot!, that said there is a fab Strawberry Gateaux to follow. Then laze the evening away, perhaps watch 'Law and Order' or see if there's a decent film on, were very British, Autumn arrives and we park ourselves by the TV with a mug of tea and wrap ourselves in quilts!.
