AA Car Insurance Fraudsters!!..

Oh yes!, I can honestly use terms like fraud when it comes to an organisation such as the AA. To constantly say there merely brokers for multiple insurance companies simply will not do at all.
Some of you may recall I had a non consequential bump with another car last year, and from my insurance company I essentially heard nothing, until of course my renewal arrived. They had processed a claim against me for damage to the other vehicle, gave them a hire car etc, and told me absolutely nothing about it!. If that was not bad enough, I know for a fact that there was absolutely no damage to either vehicle!!!.
So to summarise the AA and it's designated insurance company processed a claim without my knowledge, for an accident where there was no damage!. When I as asked the good people at the AA to investigate, provide photos of the damage, an engineers report etc, they just were not interested and were not helpful at all, I tried to email the insurance company they represent, but got no reply.
So in conclusion, an insurance claim was processed where there was no damage, the AA were not willing to investigate, and my premium went up, somebodies pulling a fast one here, and until they bother to prove otherwise, I accuse the AA of Fraud!. Simple as that really.
Love their Relay service by the way, but Car Insurance!, 'DON'T USE THEM!'
