Koran Burning..

An interesting event is about to take place in America, apparently by a non discript Pastor with a strong belief in his right to free speech. Its the same 'right' that extreme Muslims and many other people utilise to express their opinions. Some people have referred to this Pastor of being unpatriotic?. Interesting that, when many true patriots have fought wars for that very right. So when an American pursues this 'fundamental right', he's criticised by politicians the world over, Mrs Clinton and especially Mr Obama. I would appear that everything offends the ambiguous Muslim culture, and when some of their followers burn the American flag and even the odd christian, they still can take time out to bitch about a man whom intends to burn a book. So the politically correct amongst us wag their finger at this non event, yet Ironically show their own hypocrisy. I have always hated the manipulation of the common consciousness by the media and politicians, while I find it fascinating that even the president of the United States dare not stop him; because he knows the truth lies in the fact that the right to free speech, is above his soiled politics and all religions.
Cannot speak for the American troops in Afghanistan, but I am certain that the average British soldier would relish the opportunity to encounter even more Taliban in the field, makes it all a lot easier.
