Rainy old day in Coventry Town
Pouring down actually, typical October weather, filled with lots of childhood memories reminding me its my birth month. Just got off the phone with my son Harry, and it really was great to catch up on the gossip, if I was not so busy these days I would actually be jealous!. It cheers you up when you hear from your kids, as long as its good news that is!.
So overall a wet weekend ahead, as usual will pick up the boys later, Emma over at some point to use my washing machine, and again, catch up with gossip. Yesterday we lost the great Tony Curtis whom passed on. I was always impressed with him in wonderful films like 'The Vikings!' and especially when he visited England in '68' to pick up his E-type Jag in Coventry, and of course working with Roger Moore in 'The Persuaders'; he was very Hollywood, also cosmopolitan in a lot of ways, will be very much missed. He's up there now re-united with Janet and Marilyn etc, what a Star!.
