I heard from an old school friend called Duncan on 'Facebook', something which I rarely use to be honest, it was wonderful to hear from him, and tainted with sadness at the loss of his brother Alistair last year, there can sometimes be a bitter sweet realisation when we look to our pasts, were getting older.
