Chicken Chasseur

Tonight its a French recipe, have you ever pondered on the singular smell that is an Onion?, and the skills we need to slice and dice it?. Its one of the pleasures that makes cooking fun. If you chop to fast, under the delusion that your a professional cook, you will invariably cut your finger. January should always be a month for dieting, so as I wait for my six o'clock meal, you begin to re-awaken your interest in the art of real cooking, its smells and tastes, you simply appreciate your food even more; its a little like being back at school again, and your first lessons in Domestic Science.
So tonight the boys are at their fathers, am relatively alone with Katie, Max will no doubt be about, usually upstairs on the PlayStation.I have just awoke a memory of Harry asking me how to fry an Egg, he was only 18 at the time!, the next thing you know he's holding an SA 80 and shooting the Taliban.
