9/11

There was a interesting program on TV last night which revolved around the conspiracy theories about the events of 9/11. Pretty much 95% all of these theories are absolute nonsense, but one things for certain, the American government, long used to not having an attack on its homeland; are milking the terror risk for their own ends. The chief of the West Midlands fire brigade over here in the UK has just announced they have spent £100,000 pounds on specialised training for such an event, why?, that will train about probably ten men, and why do we need reassuring?. In England were regrettably used to attacks, it goes back to the IRA in the seventies and eighties, 9/11 wasn't just a wake up call for the Americans, it also made them think about why they were giving lots of money and Arms to the IRA?. So this weekend the British media will be empathising with the American people in Memoriam, some how I don't recollect a similar response from the American government when our women and children were being blown to bits way back in the day, maybe I am indeed becoming cynical.
