Katie has dusted off our slow cooker, its crammed with delicious goodies and will be ready to serve when everyone is back this evening, full of carbs and vegetable delights, yes Autumn is here. Our windows were showing external condensation this morning, and as our Patio also adjusts to the changes in temperature, it develops that autumn colouring. We had a mist the other day over the City, some wag on the radio was expecting the 'Phantom Raspberry Blower of old London Town' to jump out on him at any minute!, which I had to giggle at.
So I am about to become a training Manager, I will be sharing my wisdom and experience with others, answering their questions, and stimulating their enthusiasm for Nursing, in some ways a challenge, as fundamentally I am a firm believer in being professional, as well as avoiding becoming institutionalised. Lots to think about this month as I prepare for my new role.
I have got to think about commuting by train, as it makes sense, as I will be based in Birmingham again, and perhaps join an agency for the odd shift?, have a month to do it in, as I approach my Birthday.
