It is just as much my responsibility as a avid fan of 'Twinings Earl Grey Tea' for many years, to concur with many others that the new blend is indeed quite foul and tastes of dishwater!. What is equally intriguing is the companies public self denial about it all, you've made a cock up, so go back to the original recipe, and the sooner you do it, the better; 'don't fix what ain't broken'.
Theres a lesson here about corporate management, change for the sake of change etc, but especially that we all make mistakes, recognise it, and revert back to what works best. Maintain the Status Quo.
