Almost magically the sun has disappeared behind a bank of cloud and the forecast is for much cooler weather. Which is fine by me as I contemplate my return to work today, and my commute. A week which I enjoyed but did not expect, sunbathed and gained a little weight; so back to the cut and thrust of everyday mundane work life...
I don't know, like most people sometimes I contemplate my retirement, which would have been much earlier but for my divorce!. Now its more like how long will I live into my retirement?, so now is the time to live, and sod the depressing concept that is all our futures.
It was a week on working with 'Purdy', and I booked her in for this years Coventry Run, and the garden, and paying off some of my bills. Well the summer must be around the corner, and I suspect it may be a dry one, so cheer up!, something to look forward to. I feel a little restless.
