Were having a wonderful summer, the first one in many years. I have never seen such a propensity of Fleas!, and there driving me mad, in fact its war, and I suspect I am winning with my heavy investment in insecticides. Its so uncommon that I am having to throw out fruit and vegetables in my Kitchen tray as there decomposing at an extraordinary rate, it really does make you wonder how the Victorians did it.
There fore my cat is spending lots of time in the garden catching Birds and the occasional attempt at a butterfly. Yesterday it was an afternoon not to be wasted, so despite being quite tired as I have been working so hard as late, I took my MG down to the Mill in 'Baginton' with Jeanette and we enjoyed a sea food platter, and the river rolling by. So today I have plenty of chores, all of which are best done early before the soporific effect of the Sun kicks in.
