So am multitasking, shortly off to the chippie as Katie on Antibiotics and needs a treat, I am also on a sort of Diet and only eat in the Evening (lol) and as NCIS is a repeat can do so until the new episode of Two and a Half Men is on at 21.00.
Any way so on to Bond, read all the books as a Teenager, so know my stuff; I mean we all agree Sean the best, George, pretty good, and Percy not bad, Tim OK. But... Danny, nope, at least not yet. You see he has to prove himself, being pretty does not count alone. and losing a bit of his finger.... really who gives a Monkeys! that's what stuntmen are for 'Twat!'.
Casino Royale( an excellent read by the by) awful film!. first two thirds all you see is him beating people up! then the last third some semblance of a story line. Crap Direction, crap writers, end of!. So he's driving this Ford! Er don't think so! even Sean drove a 'Moggie' in I think it was Dr No,and as we know that has since become a Cult car, but a Ford?... nope Daniel did not look cool!.
So sticking 007 on anything from Coke to Swatch, does not a good movie make, the last Bond film might as well have been any other mediocre Spy flick, as I suspect Quantum of Solace will equally be. Must try harder Miss Broccoli.
Katie has interrupted me with a Superb Apple Pie, very close to what Mum used to make, so will finish for now.
