Italian!

Have decided Italian today. A choice of Spinach and Ricotta or 4 cheese Tortelloni, served with Tagliatelle. I will add mushrooms and Italian herbs. Have yet to decide the sauce, will probably give them a choice of Carbonara from a jar ( so augmented by myself as being lazy) and home made secret Tomato sauce with a slightly 'spicy' angle. Have a bottle of Zinfandel...
