Leo, and Xmas Saturday Mornings...

Different as a rule, as shortly off to see my brother Leo whom this week will be moving house. A bitter sweet moment, as I do wish him the best of luck on his new life journey, and we all remain a little sad as the what would be our last family home moves into other hands. A home where I began to grow up, pass through puberty( while knowing it all!) , and my endless journeys to school. Full of fabulous golden memories of Whitley Abbey, school friends, girlfriends, 70's cars, and ultimately where my father passed on.
So it will be a busy morning of shopping, handling the worsening Christmas crowds in the city centre, and hopefully a relaxing afternoon with the people I love. Will catch up with the restoration of my PYE Pf8 radio, and contemplate this evenings supper; boys want Burgers apparently. Christmas is coming, and indeed the goose is getting fat, but don't really know if I can be bothered with these bloody crowds?!.
