This Week

This week we have the pleasure of enjoying the new mattress on our bed. As dull as that may sound, its not the case at all, as many of us will testify, a good mattress makes all the difference, especially for our backs!.
Mixed weather for October so far, generally mild, and occasionally sunny over here in England, which is is more than can be said for Scotland for example, god is smiling on us over here, for all our faults.
New Zealand has won the 'Rugby World cup', well deserved I must say, and Australia's prime minister is making republican overtures to the Queen, equally not surprising!, they appear so envious of New Zealand, as if they always have to prove something?, and I often wonder why.
The Boys are off this week, so will leave shortly as we will go shopping with my mum in Bell Green, sweets will be on their agenda no doubt, and the rest of my day may be spent on some hobby time, some further helmet restoration no doubt. Am I really fifty this week?.
