Motorola

Just tried to pop down to the petrol station only to find my journey briefly delayed by a large bicycle propelled mannequin of lady Godiva, so beeped my horn in protest as I was not in the mood. I have tried, and its really not cynicism for the sake of it, this Olympics stinks on so many levels I don't have time for it. Busy week, worked six days out of seven, and this weekend finally got the MG sorted out, passed her MOT with flying colours, so shes well on her way for the car show in August. The boys are in Devon searching for 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' so took Katie out for a great meal at 'Nazraj' in the city last night, we both slept well!. Was pondering buying myself a new mobile phone this week, and being a Motorola kind of a guy started looking on the Interweb. To my disappointment their all Tablet type touch phones with Internet connections etc, was quite frustrated, whatever happened to individuality?, so ended up buying a retro Nokia!. Still love Motorola's, but a new model flip phone is impossible to find in the UK. On that thought I cam across an old advert published in 1961 (the year I was born) where Motorola envisaged our future, its part of a series of art works; all delightful...
