I have laid out the chicken breasts in a Pyrex dish. Sprinkled on some oil, five spices and Lemon juice( in retrospect kill the Lemon Juice ) Pre cook for 20 mins or so, middle shelf. Then blanch (by which I mean five mins in the Microwave), then pan fry some chopped carrots, which you then cover the breasts with, oil included, add at least one sliced red sweet pepper, further add sliced mushrooms over the top and cover with a white peppercorn sauce.
Twenty mins or so at 180, add some fresh mint from the garden, then serve on a bed of Youtaka 'Sushi' Rice. ( I need to shift a load that Max bought ) Now to those whom are missing out on this gastronomic experience, I empathise and it certainly beats Rabbit food!?.
