I have neglected my Blog. Sometimes I think about the consequences of what we write, and reflect upon the future when a Time Traveler stumbles upon these ancient entries and elects to visit me, and investigates the fact that Alan really did make the best Curry in Coventry in 2014?.
                                                                                   The traveler will of course arrive on a beautiful English summers Day, and will be met by the aroma of my sliced Ginger, chopped Garlic and chilli peppers and my secret tomato based sauce.Some of the people I cook for are vegetarians, so there's Chick peas, Black eyed beans, they can have the fish as well, and those whom like there meat, the chicken; otherwise its predominately vegetable based and arguably the best house cooked Curry in Coventry.
