Yesterday we drove down to Island Bay. I grabbed the opportunity to Kayake out into the bay among the moored fishing boats. We then visited the 'Bach Cafe', Bach is a New Zealand word for small beach house; I tried their Bach Chowder, served with green lipped mussels,and bread, on the side, it was superb!, I recommend this place to one and all, their seafood is fantastic,and a fabulous view over the Bay. We then made our way down to Carluccis crazy golf,its a course punctuated with great big pieces of Iron ware rusting gently in the sun, which was great fun. I came a respectable third....
