I am typing as more forehead burns from to much sun!. I did not actively seek it!!. We arrived in Auckland to the sound of their local 'Cicadas' its there form of crickets which are higher in frequency, and louder the hotter the weather gets. The humidity in Auckland is impressive, so we caught our last plane (the fourth) to Wellington. I have discovered as you enter the Mount Victoria tunnel, you have to beep your horn to scare off the 'trolls', this I liked immediately. Martin freeman has just arrived in New Zealand to film the 'hobbit', while Peter Jackson recovers from his ulcer at home, we drove passed his old home yesterday on our way to the Miramar, and our visit to 'wetta' studios, Tanya informs me that the winding road I am driving down was featured in 'The Frighteners' so cool!.
Important facts, the 'Subways' in this country has the same New York wallpaper as ours, but instead of Blue its Gold!, they also have different breads; they don't have Banana milkshake in McDonalds, but they do a Lime and Caramel,they drive on the left side of the road, and their currency has the queen on....
