Curry loving Trekkie!

Wet, cold and dark and miserable sort of a day outside, so I wisely stayed in. I even decided when I took the MG out the other day, not to change the time on her clock to GMT, as ,'Purdy' is essentially, and will always be a car for the Summer. I have prepared another magnificent Curry this evening, a much improved choice on last nights Halloween buffet nibbles, and there was no way I was cooking all that stuff for the kids in my Captain Kirk uniform, ( one of a few!!) so I eventually did not dress up on this occasion. Somebody at work said the other day that I clearly like the idea of Fancy dress, as you get older its about finding the opportunities to do so, I may pop over to work next week, as their having a theme Poppy appeal day, and may do my WW2 parachutist uniform. In that context for example; uniforms can be very emotive, for so many reasons. I keep telling people, a lot of stuff we played with as kids, Helmets, gas masks etc are now in essence, artifacts!. Now enough chit chat, must get back to working on my Space1999 Commlock...God what a Nerd!,
